See the latest evidence that J.J. Watt is an athletic freak

After posting 20.5 sacks and winning the NFL Defensive Player of the Year award in just his second season in the league, it’s a little scary what Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt may try to do for an encore.
If this training video posted by Watt’s good friend Evan Conley Wednesday is any indication, the rest of the AFC is in big trouble.
It’s not clear when or where this video of Watt, who attended Wednesday’s ESPYs in Los Angeles, was taken (although from the Fight On wall inscription and red and yellow carpeting, it looks like USC’s training facility).  But if the 6-foot-5, 294-pound lineman is in good enough shape to nearly clear five feet in this drill before the Texans report to camp next Friday, everyone should probably watch out indeed.
