Tonight’s best bet:
Jimmy Kimmel Live, 11:30 p.m. ET, ABC
Los Angeles Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw takes advantage of his NL West leading team’s off day to appear on the late-night talk show, where he’ll be joined by actor Neil Patrick Harris. Perhaps the former Doogie Howser, M.D. star can pass along a few pointers from his days as a fictional youth physician on how the Dodgers can heal Matt Kemp’s ankle faster.
Next best bet:
Los Angeles Angels at Texas Rangers, 7 p.m. ET, ESPN

Matt Garza makes his second start for the Rangers since he was acquired from the Cubs. The pitcher will try to move Texas within a game of the AL’s second wild-card spot against the Angels, who’ll be without Albert Pujols for “a significant amount of time.”
Other options:
WWE Monday Night Raw, 8 p.m. ET, USAJohn Cena takes on Ryback in a tables match and Vince McMahon yells at Triple H in this tape-delayed match from Laredo, Texas.
