Aaron Rodgers is eating some crow this evening.
The Green Bay Packers quarterback has been an extremely vocal defender of fellow Wisconsinite Ryan Braun, even as Braun has come under heavy fire for allegations of steroid use. On Monday evening, Braun accepted a suspension for the rest of the season from MLB for violations of the Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.
In February of 2012, Rodgers answered a Twitter follower who asked him if he really believed Braun didn’t use PEDs. His reply:
